KOLBUC RE-SIGNS!

The Edson Eagles are proud to announce the first official signing for the 2025-2026 season, welcoming back 21 year old Defenceman Gavin Kolbuc-Stark.

Kolbuc is a 4 year junior hockey veteran, He’s also an Alberta local, that brings size, agility, and a high hockey IQ to the Eagles roster. Most impressive is his versatility—capable of playing both forward and defense at a high level, he offers the team a unique and invaluable level of flexibility. In 29 games a total of 26 points, and totalling 108pims. Beyond the numbers, he’s been known for his composure under pressure, ability to read the game, and willingness to do the little things—qualities that align perfectly with the Eagles culture and identity.

Fans can look forward to seeing Kolbuc take on a big role suiting up in Eagles colors again in September this season!
