Edson Eagles 1st Annual Minor Hockey Conditioning and Skills Camp! Get your hockey player back into tip top shape and work on skills before Minor Hockey starts.
Come train and learn from our Edson Eagles coaches and players!

3 days, 1.5 hours of on ice training and conditioning. + 1 hour of off ice training and conditioning per day. U9-U16 (7-16 yearsold)

CAMP SCHEDULE:

Monday Aug 22:

Check in- 2:30-3:30pm
Dryland training- 3:30pm-4:30pm
On Ice Training- 5:00pm - 6:30pm

Tuesday Aug 23:

Dryland training - 3:30pm-4:30pm
On Ice training: 5:00pm-6:30pm

Wednesday Aug 24th:

Dryland Training: 3:30pm-4:30pm
On ice training- 5:30pm-6:30pm
